Is walking 3 km uphill in morning in 27 mnts daily a good exercise for a 65 yrs old male?

Hello Dilip, 

If your stamina allows you to do it effortlessly than definitely its a green signal to health. You can surely perform it daily. My advice would be to eat 2 walnuts, one banana and a glass of fresh bottle guard juice 20 minutes before you start this regime. 

As this will help you in accelerating your metabolism give you enough glycogen to perform the cardio exercise and also improve your lung vital capacity.

Hello Dilip,

Walking 3km is good for an healthy individual. But at the age of 65, if you have a good stamina then only it is good.
If you feel exhausted, excessive sweat after the walk or headache then it indicates low stamina of the body. In this case, there is a need to minimize the activity or to divide the activity into parts like walk 1.5 km in the morning and then 1.5 km in the evening. 
Along with this, having a healthy diet is also very important. So, have only plant based natural foods. Eat soaked sprouts, nuts and dry fruits to get easily absorbable nutrients.

हेलो,

घूमना अच्छा है पर दौड़ना उससे भी अच्छा है। 3 किलोमीटर घूमने में 27 मिनट का टाइम लग रहा है। उससे बेहतर होगा एक ही स्थान पर खड़े होकर  या 1 किलोमीटर वो दौड़ें। दौड़ते वक्त इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि स्पाइन सीधा होना चाहिए और बात करते हुए या मुंह खोल कर नहीं दौड़ना चाहिए।

10 मिनट दौड़ें 10 मिनट रेस्ट करें। इससे रक्त और ऑक्सीजन का संचार ठीक प्रकार से हो पाएगा। और ऑक्सीजन के संचार के ठीक होने से शरीर स्वस्थ और ऊर्जावान किसी भी उम्र में बना रह सकता है। उचित व्ययाम, उचित आराम, सकारात्मक सोच और कार्य
