Pranayam should be done before running or after running?

Hello User,

The first thing in the morning with respect to your exercise routine should start with a healthy brisk walk or running when you get your first exposure with nature you allow yourself to breathe in completely and the circulation of blood and oxygen in the body reaches everywhere.

Pranayam is a healthy way to detox once you have allowed you cells to get activated the all come together to detox waste through carbon dioxide and increase metabolism function through Pranayam. Hence it is healthier this way.

Hello, 

It is very good that you are interested to do pranayamas. Start the morning with a morning walk or jogging or running. This will help to energize and activate the cells of the body. It will improve blood circulation in the body. 
Then perform pranayam. Pranayams are very beneficial for our body. It is beneficial for our nervous system, improves the capacity of our respiratory system. 
Perform pranayam in a place full of trees or in a garden for more benefits.

हेलो,
कारण - प्राणायाम करने से पहले दौड़ना अच्छा होता है क्योंकि दौड़ने से शरीर में जो भी ऑक्सीजन और रक्त का संचार में शुद्धि का प्रक्रिया होना है वह हो जाता है इसके बाद जब प्राणायाम करते हैं तो आप अपने अपने प्राण शक्ति को कर पोषण दे पाते हैं और साथ ही जो रक्त और ऑक्सीजन का संचार शरीर में हुआ है उसका संचयन कर पाते हैं उसके लिए आपका शरीर ग्राह्यता बढ़ा लेता है इसलिए 
प्राणायाम हमेशा दौड़ने के बाद ही करना अच्छा होता है। दौड़ने के बाद उचित आराम जरूरी होता है यानी  दौड़े उसके बाद आराम जरूरी है। आराम तीनों आयाम से होना चाहिए। शारीरिक मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक तो बॉडी, माइंड एंड  स्प्रिट पर प्राणायाम करने से असर पड़ता है। पूरा आराम उसको मिल पाता है।
