Hello Isha,

After an abortion, though our reproductive system does not take much time it will take at least 4-6 weeks for our hormones to naturally get balanced with the recommendation of the following food you will get your periods in time make sure you keep on eating the following food on right time. 

  • Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content as well as regularise our menstrual cycle.
  • Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals.
  • Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT.
  • Eating methi seeds with warm water also helps in healthy periods.
  • You can also have cinnamon water, empty stomach as it helps in insulin sensitivity.

Hello Isha,

After an abortion, a new menstrual cycle gets started. Hence, the periods should become normal within 4 to 8 weeks.
The exact time of your next periods will depend on the birth control methods you use and your overall health.

After an abortion, a little more attention should be paid to your health and diet.

  • Be on a plant-based natural diet.
  • Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. 
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. 
  • Drink coconut water. 
  • Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.

हेलो,
कारण - मेडिकल गर्भपात के बाद सामान्य माहवारी शुरू होने का कोई निश्चित समय या हफ्ता नहीं है। ये चार से आठ हफ्ते के बीच कभी भी शुरू हो सकते हैं। अगर गर्भपात सर्जिकल तरीके हुआ है, तो पीरियड्स शुरू होने में चार से छह हफ्ते लग सकते हैं  साथ ही ध्यान रहे कि प्रेगनेंसी की ही तरह सभी की गर्भपात की अवस्था भी एक समान नहीं होती। इस वक़्त सही आहार शैली और जीवन शैली को अपनाने से आपको भावनात्मक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य की वृद्धि करने में आसानी होगी।

अपने खाने में फल, सब्जी के जूस और सलाद की मात्रा बढ़ा लें।

साथ ही अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
