Hello Sonal,

The skin on the lips is much thinner and more delicate than that on the other parts of the body. The lips are also exposed to the elements, including the sun and cold, dry air, making them prone to dryness, darkness, cracking, flaking and peeling.
The lips also lack oil glands and so cannot produce their own moisture but natural moisturizers can help.
Following tips will help you to cure dark lips.

Aloe vera
It contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties that soothe, rehydrate the damaged skin and will give the lips its natural colour.

Coconut oil
Applying coconut oil directly to your lips will help to soothe, soften the skin of your lips and to regain the natural colour of your lips.

Cucumber
Applying cucumber to your lips will gently moisturize the lips and may contain vitamins and minerals that could improve the lips' appearance.

Green tea
It is rich in antioxidants and minerals and contains polyphenols which reduce inflammation. Soak a bag of green tea in warm water and gently rub it over the lips to soften and remove dead skin.

Avoid smoking
Tobacco smoke can irritate the sensitive skin around the lips. So, avoid smoking.

Drink water
Drink plenty of water during the day to be hydrated.

Thank you
