Hello, Health of outer skin is the reflection of internal health. Dark spots indicate that there is accumulation of toxins within the body. Following the correct lifestyle and diet is extremely important for a healthy body. Reasons for skin problems Stress Improper diet. Hormonal imbalance. Some medications. Disturbed circadian rhythm. Local application- You can also use some other applications for acne. Mix sugar with coconut oil and apply this prepared mixture to the skin. This will exfoliate your skin and will remove all the dirt. Scrape fresh aloe vera gel from the aloe vera plant with a spoon and apply this gel on your skin 1-2 times a day. Diet to follow- Have only plant-based foods in your meals to keep your digestion good. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables to get all the essential nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans. Also, have sufficient water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of your body.

I'm getting pimples & black spots on forehead. I also have dandruff and my hair is thin. How to cure? Would you recommend any routine suggestion

Hello Jayasuriya, Internal health of the body is essential for a good external health. A glowing, clear skin and healthy hairs indicate that the body is healthy internally whereas skin problems and hair problems indicate that the toxins are accumulated inside the body. A changed correct lifestyle and correct eating habits to maintain the hormonal balances and circadian rhythm is extremely important to be healthy. Food Include natural plant-based foods in your diet. Drink sufficient water during the day. Have fresh fruit juices and coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fresh fruits, and green leafy vegetables in your meals. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats. Include nuts, beans, cucumber in your diet. Always consume freshly prepared foods. Use coconut oil for cooking instead of using refined oils. Say no to coffee and tea. Avoid maida. Sleep Having good quality sleep for sufficient number of hours is very important.

Hello User, Everything has one answer which is the nutrients in the body that are not showing its effects due to malabsorption when the nutrients are compiled in a diet that is complex high in gluten and fat-full diet then it is difficult for nutrients to seep in the body. Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins and it is the same answer for accelerating weight gain. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. If you improve your hair and skin and start exercising. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the

Hello Rajvindar, Irregular periods, unwanted facial hair, acne headache all these problems are inter-related. A disturbed circadian rhythm results in hormonal imbalance, poor blood circulation and disturbed metabolism which results in all such health issues. It is very important to follow the correct lifestyle and correct eating habits for a correct hormonal balance and circadian rhythm. Diet to take Start the day with 2-3 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Take overnight soaked raisins in the morning. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like pomegranate juice, beetroot juice. This will provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Drink coconut water. Include green leafy vegetables, salads, sprouts to your diet. Foods to avoid Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid dairy produc

Hello Saba, As far as the cooking oil is considered, it is best to use the cold pressed oil for cooking. All your health issues are inter-related. PCOD is the reason for irregular periods and weight gain as it results in hormonal imbalances. Hair problems and skin issues occur as a result of this hormonal imbalances. Hence, it is necessary to treat the root cause for achieving overall good health. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, both the problems can be cured naturally. Foods to eat Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This drink will boost the metabolism in the morning and also will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Have flax seeds. Drink green tea twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and the other before sleeping in the night. Cook oil-free or use cold-pressed oil. Replace white rice with brown rice. Eat the only plant-based natural raw foods.

My friend needs help she has followings problems. Her age is 30 years. Hello Dipa, If we connect all the disease which is from the skin to respiratory to inflammation-causing cervical degeneration. Everything is highly based on the person's diet and regime. The main thing to understand here is the role of immunity which is making our body vulnerable. The reason why our body chooses to go low in immunity is because of our regular diet and low exercise which makes our lifestyle vulnerable to all the diseases. Hence, we continuously get vulnerable to these symptoms and our immunity becomes down to fight all the infections. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Hello Sheetal, Gaining weight may be due to improper lifestyle or it may also be the result of some underlying disease like hypothyroidism which disturbs the balance of many hormones and also affects the metabolism. This leads to other health issues like stress, anxiety. Obesity also results in low immunity levels which leads to various allergies and respiratory issues like asthma. Since all the problems are interconnected, we need to deal with root cause which is the lifestyle and eating habits. So, here are some tips to follow- Diet: Eat only plant-based natural raw foods. Hello User, Our immunity becomes weak because of external factors like stress, a high-fat diet and a sedentary lifestyle this tends to make our blood circulation and oxygen supply to all the parts of body poor. This allows the fungal infection to enter our body and to this, our body goes into the mode of defence mechanism and starts the inflammatory reaction. Pain, swelling, itching all the signs you might be facing. Taking a holistic measure will definitely help you in treating infections. Our private parts are mostly covered and there are high chances the sweat gets accumulated, in there so practising hygiene is very much essentially keeping the area dry. How to cure 15-20 year old dry eczema on legs naturally?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar

Hello User, Eczema is a sign of inflammation, it tends to make our immunity vulnerable. The reason we get prone to inflammation is that our body's defence mechanism is vulnerable. This happens because of our poor diet, no exercise and complex carbohydrates in food which are tough to digest and low nutrition absorption. During this phase where pollution exposure is low, we can achieve a lot with our health. The first thing to start with is a light diet, during lockdown when we know we are not burning that much of energy the ideal state would be is to eat lighter. Skin is the first reflection of our body's defence system, hence it is time to increase your immunity and deal with these old lesions. Herewith these tips, you can achieve health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. Skin is the largest organ in our body and is also the point of contact with the outside environment. Nature has equipped the skin with mechanisms to deal with the inside and outside changes. Inside, there are hormonal changes that alter the oil secretion in the glands of the skin (this happens primarily during puberty) and on the outside, there are factors like environmental pollution, dust etc that the skin has to constantly confront. The skin glands constantly produce an oily substance in order to lubricate the skin and it also helps to shed the debris/dead skin cells so that fresh cells can take their place. Sometimes the dead cells are not shed and block the skin pores. The pores may also get blocked by the outside dust and dirt. Such are the conditions conducive for the bad bacteria to grow and cause infection and inflammation. While the body is doing its job of regenerating new cells and clearing the skin of any debris, all we could do is support the body perform this function
