I have itchy and dry eyes after I did sun gazing for few days. Now it has become red after itching too much. How to get rid of this?

Hello Anshu, Eye health greatly depends on the diet and the products that we use. It also depends on the surrounding pollution. What to do? Wash your eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Put 2 drops of gulab jal in your eyes. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables and fresh, seasonal fruits. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Protect your eyes from dust, dirt, and pollution by using glasses. Avoid the excessive use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Sleep Sleeping is important as it relieves the stress. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Exercise and yoga Perform shirsha asana. This will improve blood circulation. Do pranayam, specially anulom-vilom pranayam. Thank you
