Increase the Intake of raw salads 15-20 minutes before the main meal (Lunch & Dinner): Steam veggies and lemon juice + pinch of black pepper. 3. put wet packs on the spine region: Put a cotton cloth in cold or ice water and wring it. then apply covering the spine region for 15-20minutes.
