I have ear pain past 3 months i visited ent and she noticed problem in my nose after completing her medication the problem still persists and when I do head down bending exercise I feel thoughtless Pls guide

Hello Ritu, We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with, Ear nose and mouth connection begins with the nose and throat. The nasal passage does connect to our ears. The ears, at roughly the same level on our heads as the nose, are also connected by the Eustachian tube. Bacterial infection can spread from nose to ear or vice versa. Therefore, you must have an infection that is spreading via the nose. You can follow these tips to relieve pain. 1. Take 2-3 cloves and put them in mustard oil and heat it. Place the ice or warm compress on the ear and alternate between warm and cold after10 to 15 minutes.  Use olive oil - Putting a few drops of warmed olive oil in the ear will help to relieve the pain.
