Hello, To cure any health issue and to be healthy, we should always follow a natural plant based diet and along with the correct diet, we should also follow a correct lifestyle. Foods to eat- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat one amla daily or drink Vitamin C rich drinks like lemon juice, orange juice. Eat only plant based natural foods in your diet. Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.
