I travel once a month for a week , I face leg pain during travelling.... What shoud be my precautions?

Hi there, Inactivity while travelling lead to pain and swelling of legs. When the movements are constrained or limited, blood circulations are restricted which can lead to symptoms such as swollen ankles and feet, heavy leg and leg pain. Sitting idly with your feet on the floor for a longer duration causes blood to pool in your leg veins. It also puts pressure on the leg veins which forces the fluids to escape out into the surrounding tissue from the blood vessels causing a leg swell or oedema. To prevent this from happening you may follow some of the advice ; • Keep on flexing and extending your knees and ankles. Try up and down movement of ankles or clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation for 10 counts every 30 minutes. •Try shifting your position from time to time. Do not cross your legs while travelling. •Stand up and try walking around after sitting for an hour or two. •Wear loose-fitting cloth and avoid tight stockings
