Hello Minal, Stomach ache after having food and bloating indicates that the digestive function is improper. The reason for improper digestive function may be wrong type of food, wrong timing of having food or lack of physical activity or a disturbed circadian rhythm. Whenever we eat something which is difficult to digest for our digestive system, it leads to problems like stomach ache, bloating, acidity, etc. If you are eating chapatis, make sure that they are made of whole grains and most importantly they are properly cooked. Like chapatis, pay attention to whatever you eat. The food that you consume should be plant based natural food. Here are some details. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have Vitamin C rich foods like blueberries, orange, etc. Eat soaked raisins on an empty stomach in the morning. Have sprouts, nuts, beans, and salad

That is why correcting the complete diet and health helps in the treatment of your problem. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything holistically. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast

Roast little bit of ajwain on a tawaa & have it with a glass of water. You may add little rock salt in ajwain for taste. Walk briskly for 15-20 minutes or try the yoga pose - pawan muktasana, its called the gas releasing pose, google it.


I have a lot of stomach pains and pimples on the face during the menstrual period, is there any solution for this?
