It can be treated by following some practices like practice yoga, maintain a healthy weight with proper exercise regimes to be followed.
Adding ginger to your dishes can help you out in this problem. Similarly Cinnamon appears to be beneficial for a variety of menstrual issues including this one.
Now modifications in diet should also be followed like a good consumption pattern of vitamins particularly Vitamin D and B Vitamins also eating pineapple which contains an enzyme Bromelain can be really helpful to regulate the menses as it softens the uterus lining.Along with that avoid much usage of spices in your food and excess of fats at the same time.

Hii...for the PCOS management u should be careful about certain factors
1)eliminating factors - prevention is better than cure and abnormal composition of blood and lymph toxins are the causative factor for most disease according to nature cure. This toxins are building by the junk, oily, excessive fried, excess nonveg etc food patterns and physical inactivity. So avoid all this before going for the any treatment aspects to maintain the normal ovary function.

2)take sitz bath - alternative days

3)reduce the stress factors. Stress hormones cortisol also impact on the ovary function. So it's necessary to reduce stress with the help of yoga, meditation, pranayama and meditation.

4)eat healthy balanced diet - excess fiber and well nutrient.

5)maintain your body mass index properly with the help of fasting, calory restricted diet. it should be below than 25kg/m square. - weight gain also one of the cause for PCOS.

Namaste

When our system gets clogged with toxins is when they don’t function normally.  Your health has gone through various stages to have reached this state. When you wish to reverse the state of your health it’s very necessary to cut out all those habits and routines that are costing  you your health. It’s good to get a detailed diagnosis done by a competent nature cure practitioner.

In the meanwhile there are certain things you could do to ease your situation.

1 Follow a plant based food plan. Cutting out all animal products, dairy, sugar, salt and processed food loaded with chemicals. Eat lot of fresh, local, seasonal fruits vegetables and greens with some sprouts and nuts.

2 Get your self out into the sun. Get fresh air. Get in touch with the earth. Walk barefoot or work with your hands in the garden.

3 Learn yoga and practice regularly. It will help you get your lymphatic system back into  better activity.

4 Relax and rest well. Sleep adequately at night. Sleep early at night and wake up just before or with the sun.

5 Be well hydrated with juicy fruits and vegetables.

Be happy be healthy always

This response from PSYsolution is in line with the Pure Nature Cure (PNC).
In PNC, the remedies are never recommended.
In PNC, the causal analysis through VITALITY-EDUCATION is opted always.
To know more about PNC, you can study, in order, this series of 15 articles.

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS):

Let’s understand the meaning of Polycyst to start with!

  • Poly means many or multiple.
  • Cyst is termed to be an abnormal development of body structure.
  • It often get hardened if the cause of formation is not addressed.
  • Its development is quite similar to the formation of stone.

Now, from where do we get multiple stones inside our body?

We definitely do not eat stone, knowingly, right!

We know, how a stone forms, in geography!
-It is a result of years of deposition of soil with a lot of transformation, stone forms.

The uneliminated toxins inside the body get transformed into cyst overtime.

It is a result of lack of elimination due to the lack of available CONSERVED VITALITY within the body.

This can happen to everybody and anywhere in the body.

The body decides where to form this according to the body's structural and chemical disposition.

The cysts keep on growing and dissolving also, as and when, the body gets its quota of CONSERVED VITALITY; that happens primarily, through right lifestyle choices.

Please do not bother much, if you do not have visible and pressing discomforts.

You might have been alerted through some scanning for this, I suppose!

Take this alert and initiate a regime of CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY to throw the toxins out of the body.

THE VITALITY CONSERVATION happens through these consistent right lifestyle choices:

  • RIGHT FOOD HABITS including regular exposure to Sunlight, Fresh Air, enough quantity of RAW fruits and vegetable consumption.

  • BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP and

  • STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT.

The analysis of delayed menstrual cycle needs a detailed lifestyle and other factor analysis including your age, genetic dispositions etc. Please consult a Nature Cure practitioner, ideally a diagnostician.

The above is a general recommendation to improved the conserved vitality within the body so that one can effectively throw the accumulated toxins.

Thank you...

Hi, I am also suffering from PCOS and it has been very difficult for me since I was diagnosed with it. I can understand the stress and problems you must be going through because if it.
For the last three months though I have seen improvement in weight reduction and have been having regular cycles.
I improved my lifestyle gradually over the last 6 months. I started walking to places instead of taking a rickshaw or a scooty. Basic excercise have helped me too. Though being a college student it was difficult for me to incorporate healthy diet and exercise in my routine but I started doing it one step at a time.
I also started having fruits and vegetables and avoided fried and processed food. Salad is a must in my diet now as well as an array of fruits and juices.
Meditation and yoga also played a role in this. It helped calm my mind and reduced my anxiety and stress levels.
Hope this answer helps you.
