I am 26 years old. Three months ago, I had fever I took general medicine the fever got normal and suddenly I felt headache and back pain. With headache I feel tightness in the whole body and head. I consulted with five doctors and took different medicines for past one and half month but my health issue was the same I took chest x ray, spinal x ray, blood test were normal. Any solution for this?

It is all the result of post-viral fatigue which does not help us at all, in fact, it makes our body more lethargic which needs to be treated.

Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner.

A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation.


  • Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it which energizes your whole day. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day.
  • In the afternoon make it a habit of having fruit salad an hour before your meal and vegetable salad an hour before your dinner, this will help in improving energy.
  • Your dinner should be light and there should be at least a two-hour gap between your dinner and your meal.
  • Having potassium-rich food like coconut water, bananas, walnuts, etc will help in giving you the required energy.


Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable.

Sitting in Vajrasana after meals will help in treating any problem related to digestion. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommended. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.

Work out routine like Zumba, aerobics which are normally dance-based will also help in enhancing your energy and make you feel refreshed for the day.


Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm.

Take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath.

This will help a lot in calming you. Communicating with like-minded people always help, going out in groups make us not only share or idea and thoughts but motivate and learn something new.


Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing.

  • Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks.

  • Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, gala asana.
  • Do jogging for at least 20 min. 
  • Do pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. 
  • Take the sun rays in the morning. 


Sleeping is very important to build our immune system as when we sleep, our body releases cytokines which helps to fight against various infections. 

Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.
