I have a acne in my face and uneven skin tone with dark circles. What to do. I m 34 yrs now

If you change your diet to comprise atleast 70% of fruits and vegetables in raw form, you will see a big change,

Any food which also increases toxicity in the body like dairy, non veg, grains (cooked food), refined oils etc also show up on the skin. Decrease these in favour of fresh raw foods.

Skin is a reflection of the body health inside. Health is always inside out and not outside in. Eliminations happens via the skin too. Lead a healthy whole food plant based diet with focus on raw till dinner and your skin will be ok overtime. 

Next avoid all cosmetics and chemical application on the skin. Use natural products such as my recipes here below

Hi there , 

 

 

Drink plenty of water and other natural liquids.

Eat lot of green vegetables and fruits.

Removing refined sugars and taking milk and dairy products out of your diet will lower your intake of tran-fats. This will also mean cutting out fried foods, margarine and other hydrogenated vegetable oils and hydrogenated oil products.

 Increase the amount of other foods such as those containing Omega-3 fatty acids.

Cut out junk foods and carbonated drinks.

Herbs such as garlic, amaranth, aloe, lemon, coriander, basil, cucumber, grape, chickpea and beet might be a part of the herbal supplement

Apply a hot washcloth to the affected area for 45 seconds then apply a cold washcloth for 15 seconds. Do this three times in succession always ending with the cold. Repeat several times during the day.

Apply a poultice to the affected area

नमस्ते

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

सलाद दोपहर १ बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, 

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।
