I have PCOD and irregular periods what I do for it? Please tell me solutions.

नमस्ते प्रिया जी

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें सोने से पहले।सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ, खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं

तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो 

बहुत लाभ होगा।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें।

Hi Priya. You started off asking about PCOD & irregular periods, but I noticed then you went ahead to also share about thyroid, typhoid, breast issues.

Your irregular periods are due to pcos.

Abnormal hair growth on face

Hair fall from scalp

Weight gain

Insulin resistance

change your life style and diet by including Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grape fruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended.

Beans are recommended. Nuts should be eaten in moderation.

Grains such as barley, chickpea and millet are recommended. Do not take too much wheat or rice.

Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity.

Hi Priya,

Any hormonal issue could be corrected with changes in your lifestyle. Please incorporate raw vegetables, fruits, soaked nuts and seeds. Also avoid all dairy products and animal products. Avoid all packed and processed foods and involve yourself in being more physically active. Expose to sunshine. Avoid the use of non-stick, microwave and plastic ware. Also, avoid exposure to chemicals whether in your cosmetics or household cleaning products.

Because you are not maintaning your life style in proper way. We don’t eat whole grains foods. We avoid fruits nuts raw veggies lentils legums juice n healthy seeds. This is the only reason for many disease. Change your diet

Hi there , 
 

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and drink it daily for a few months

It can also be used by sprinkling in cereals or other foods

Consume more flaxseed, fenugreek , apple cider vinegar , cummin and tulsi leaves . Maintain a normal calories intake timings and avoid food such as animal derived or any processed foods . Practice physical exercises daily and keep you body weight in check .

If the typhoid is present you don't have to worry about it . Just focus on said diet and advise . Stay stress free and get plenty of rest and sleep .
