Hi there ,

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and drink it daily for a few months.
Try out flaxseed as they help decrease androgen level in your body
Also consume fenugreek , bittergourd, tulsi , jeera , and cumin .
Maintain a strategic calories intake .
Avoid alcohol , smoking and other intoxicants.
Avoid oily fried and refined , processed foods .
Stay stress free .
Get enough rest and sleep .

Change you diet and lifestyle to eliminate from thos toxins and see the improvement.

Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grape fruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended.

Avoid sugar, refined oil, outside food, junk foods etc.

Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity.

Follow an active lifestyle, yet the exercises should be according to one's capacity. Both, excessive fasting and overeating are harmful.
