Namaste

For any defieciency one has to improve their gut health first so what ever you eat it is well digested, assimilated and absorbed by your body.

A complete lifestyle change from unhealthy living to healthy living will do the magic. Eat a plant based majorly raw diet. Get into nature, get enough sun, fresh air and grounding. Do enough physical activity to keep your lymphatic system active. Sleep well. Eliminate well.

Slowly with more and more cleansing happenning your body will be able to get all the nutrients you need. No supplement which has been manufactured or synthesisied in a pharmeceutical company be able to add life to your living blood. You need to get it all live from nature.

Hi,

As far as Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency are concerned to get them to normal values you need to take supplements from your physician . In the long term it is important to expose to sunshine , as Vitamin D is synthesized by the skin when exposed to sunlight. Vitamin B12 is maintained by consuming orgainc fruits & vegetables since this is majorly producedby maintaining a healthy gut. For high uric acid levels, avoidance of high protein foods including animal foods, dairy and high purine foods like mushroom need to be avoided. Also avoid alcohol and manage your stress levels. It is important to include plenty of fluids, either water , coconut water or ash gourd juice.

Wishing you Good Health Always!

Thank you,

Regards,

Kindly quit all animal foods, sugar, wheat and outside food in packets. Manage to stay on raw for 1 month (veg juices till 12, green juice as well, fruits for lunch and salads for dinner)and it will show a significant improvement in your condition. Don’t bother too much about D3. That won’t impact you as much as your gout issues. Expose yourself to the early morning sun for 1 hr. As you begin healing, slowly include yoga and pranayama

The deficiencies are effects of the toxaemic state of health.

The CAUSE is the TOXAEMIA, not the DEFICIENCY.

To address the TOXAEMIA, we do not have any other way other than conserving vitality to expel the toxins out of the body.

Uric acid, B12,D3 or anything, the levels of these chemicals do go up and down when we suffer retainment of toxins in the body due to lack of enough conserved vitality to continue eliminations.

To enhance the elimination, we need to opt for holistic conservation of vitality, consistently! That's the ONLY ROUTE TO CURE!

Thank you...
