From the past four months I was suffering with acne. Doctor suggested me to use vitamin A capsules and clindamycin gel for three months. I used... And almost my face become clear expect some dark spots. But after I stopped using those medicine again I am getting acne... Please suggest a natural home remedy... I have too sensitive and combination skin.

Hy..
I highly suggest you to first try to rule out the real root cause of the problem, there are so many types of acne which can be due to

  1. Hormonal imbalance- pcos,pcod
  2. Wrong eating habits.
  3. Digestive problems/ indigestion
  4. Increased sebum production
  5. Decreased intake of water/ dehydration.

Try to find the root cause and then solve the problem accordingly.

  1. Tea tree oil is an anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory in nature wash your face and apply the tea tree oil on affected area keep it for full night and wash your face in the morning.
  2. Short fasting of 2-3 days(Juice fasting) will help in solving the digestive system problems like acidity etc which can be one of the leading cause.
  3. If acne is seen on chin and jaw line it can be due to hormonal imbalance then i highly suggest you to follow good plant based diet and exercise changing lifestyle bring alot of changes in correcting hormones.
  4. Apple cider vinegar is a great healer for acne. Mix 50% of water with 50% Apple cider vinegar put it in a spray bottle and use it regularly in the night and wash it with water in the morning.
  5. Consume and apply aloe vera. Add in your diet as well as an application on the affected area.

hii,

acne is not only caused by dust n pollution it has internal cause like diet lifestyle hormones n body temperature.
when your body secretes extra sebum n melanin it eliminates through the skin and damages your skin mantle and your pores become open n large when dust n pollution enters in your pores it makes your skin more harsh n damage. so you should follow some rules to protect your skin.

1. you should avoid spicy undigestive food ,pickles ,vinegar to avoid inflammation n toxins.
2. you should avoid dairy products,oily food starchy food whey protein whole grains to balance the hormones so that your body doesn't produce extra sebum.
3. Avoid sun exposure in afternoon so your skin will be protected from sun burn due to extra melanin production.
4. Avoid chemical facewash otherwise it can damage your skin acid mantle made by collagen protein use mild face wash only when it needs.
5.eat salads n fruits drink fresh juice lemon juice eat only digestive food.
6. live stressfree life listen good songs wear comfortable clothes. stop using cosmetics creams n all.

Acne is a skin condition in which there is excess production of oil from the sebaceous glands leading to the blockage of hair follicles

Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods.

Eat fresh, unprocessed food.

Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera.

Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps.

Avoid irritant cosmetics.

Do not squeeze the acne lesions.

Hello,

Acne is a skin condition which results in pimples, rashes, etc. It usually occurs on forehead, neck, upper chest but it may also occur in other parts of the body.
Acne results when skin pores are blogged by the dirt or oil. So, to get rid of acne it is necessary to treat the root cause. 

Possible causes for acne are -

  • Unhygienic conditions. 
  • Any infection. 
  • Use of chemical based products. 
  • Exposure to dust, dirt and pollution. 
  • Having oily and spicy foods.

 Diet

  • Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body.
  • Drink coconut water. 
  • Vitamin C is essential as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla regularly. 
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. 
  • Eat soaked nuts and raisins.
  • Cook oil free.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Say no to deeply fried, spicy, processed and packaged foods. 
  • Avoid tea and coffee.

 Local application 

  • Mix besan and turmeric to make a paste. Apply this paste on the effected part. Keep it for 10 minutes and then rinse it with cold water.
  • Apply fresh aloe vera jel and gulab jal on the effected part.
  • Avoid using any chemical based products. 
  • Protect yourself from dust and dirt.

 Exercise 

Exercising is essential for an improved metabolism which will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. 

  • Start the day with a short morning walk. 
  • Do plank for 5min. 
  • Practice pranayam regularly specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. 

 Sleep

Sometimes stress also triggers the acne issues and a proper sleep is important to relieve the stress. So, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Skin is a reflection of the body’s  health inside. Health is always inside out and not outside in. Eliminations happens via the skin too. Since a child what ever toxins such as pollution, chemicals on skin, dairy meat eggs fish, all the harsh chemicals that would have been used in the household, toxic smells, medicines et cetera would have got collected in your liver and over a period of time when it maxes out, and it finds that the other excretory organs are also clogged, it tries to eliminate that from the skin. The more severe your Acne the more accumulation of toxins in your skin and so in the body. The solution is to start focusing on cleaning your body. Lead a healthy whole food plant based diet with focus on raw till dinner and your skin will be ok overtime. 50% of fruits and greens, 30% of vegetables, 20% of cooked food is all that is necessary to clean your body. Avoid all forms of fats even nuts and seeds for this condition to heal. Over time you can include coconuts. Quit dairy meat fish eggs, sugar, all forms of oils including any fancy cold pressed oils, refined oils having food outside often (because of all the refined and processed food and + the chemicals to make it tastier), wheat and other grains contain gluten such as barley and oats. Avoid maida  and other forms of foods that contain gluten .

Include a lot of fruit and vegetable juices such as cucumber ashgourd which comes to at least 1 L per day.

Next avoid all cosmetics and chemical application on the skin. Use natural products such as my recipes here below . Put things on your skin that you can put into your mouth too. As you continue to improve on the Raw intake in your life, and quit all forms of medications, the skin will definitely pop out and overtime release all the toxins that are inside the body. You will have to allow it to happen for you are Acne to be completely healed in future. Pus is nothing but all the toxins that are coming out. 

 

Any form of medicines does two purposes, one is to give improvement in your condition and the second is to cause another problem which is toxin  accumulation. Since medicine is not Food the body will try to eliminate it in the form that it knows best in your body which is acne

नमस्ते

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ।12 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।
