"Avoid cabbage, soya bean, soy products, cauliflower, potato
6am- carrot juice
8am-ragi dosa + coconut chutney"

We don’t recommend consuming any breakfast while healing naturally. Kindly read the body wisdom section for circadian rhythm.

"11am-coconut milk"- until 12 pm its best to be on fruits or juices only not coconut milk.

"1pm-brown rice + drumstick leaves poriyal
3 pm- tender coconut water
7pm-friut salad
9 pm- boiled dry ginger w"

In summary - body works best on a high raw fruit lifestyle that we start in the morning .. not ending fruit with night. Fruits must be eaten on an empty stomach and it’s best to consume before having any cooked in the day.
Secondly avoiding night shades and crucifers is a myth.

Also listening to the voice of the organism and not eating by the wall clock is a natural way to heal and lead a healthy lifestyle.
