I’ll try to cover the domain which is common for both of them. 1. Dietary advice: Eat food which is rich in calcium and iron. Numerous vegetables like spinach etc are an excellent source of the vital minerals. A plant-based diet and a natural approach is advisable. Add turmeric to your diet. Turmeric has a compound called curcumin which has been known to reduce inflammation and aid healing. Ginger tea, and adding ginger in the diet will help you with soothing the inflammation. Hi Team, 4 months ago I was diagnosed with Vitiligo i. E June 2020. As Vitiligo is an Autoimmune Response rather a skin problem from August I have been following a diet & I am fasting for 16 hours. जब हमारे शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कमजोर हो जाती है तो यह वायरस नर्वस पाथवे यानी तंत्रिका मार्गों से होता हुआ हमारी त्वचा तक पहुंच जाता है।हर्पीस जोस्टर यानी शिंगल्स एक ऐसी बीमारी है, जिसमें हमारी त्वचा पर पानी भरे हुए छोटे-छोटे दाने निकल आते हैं। इस बीमारी में रोगी के शरीर के एक ही हिस्से में एक ही तरफ कई दाने एक साथ ही निकल आते हैं। अगले 21 दिन तक केवल पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है। प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ है। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नितत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े को गीला करके निचोड़ें और उससे ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना बायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि चंद्र नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। दिन में 2 या 3 बार ऐसा करें। नीम के पत्ते + खीरे का पेस्ट बना कर उसका रस निचोड़ कर उस रस को अपने त्वचा पर लेप के तरह लगाएँ। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। नारियल पानी, पेठे का जूस लें। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
