Hi, I have lot of acidity problem. Can you help me in that?

Acidity is acid reflux from stomach to oesophagus it may be caused by many reasons you can easily prevent acidity by avoiding that things 
          Generally it's normal wt age and mainly caused by unhealthy diet         
Now follow these simple tips and stay healthy

  • Avoid overeating give proper time to stomach to digest food 
  • Avoid excess  carbs intake 
  • Avoid alcohol, coffee, and cold drinks like items 
  • Eat banana it helps in acidity 
  • Add green leafy vegetables and legumes in your diet 
  • Drink proper amount of water 
  • Clove after eating is good in case of acidity 
  • daily walk and suryanamaskar

The stomach and GUT will be lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydro chloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and and ineffective weak bile, the food does not to get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them . Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs. Please understand germs are not to blame. The come to decompose and feast on rotting matter. That’s natural law of decomposition. 

To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the  GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well.  If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. it’s very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food , pathogens and heavy metals doesn’t end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally these are supposed to thrown out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon might not be geared up to do 

When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With a right lifestyle this can be achieved . You must switch to a low fat plant based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in low % from raw foods like fruits vegetables and greens. 

This is what I suggest because have helped a very severe case of gut who was suffering for more than a year.  It’s possible to heal with patience and discipline.

Kindly stay on —2-3 lts of fresh juices both from fruits and vegetables tender coconut, vegetable juices. Kindly be on this for 1 week. Any pathogen has to be naturally flushed in a liquid environment and do not attempt to water fast or dry fast. You must not be dehydrated in such cases. In acidic dry environment they multiply faster.

If you want to eat something, please eat only fruits. If you want something hot, drink hot water that’s infused with lime ginger cinnamon and cardamom. Load yourself with these only . 

 Stay on liquids for a week and fruits if hunger is unbearable. Drink liquids when u feel hungry.

You might see the symptoms, continue the liquids for one week or more if needed. With this the gut will be flushed out naturally and the body will restore back. Remember that not all toxins would have gone even if your symptoms have gone. The longer your condition the longer it will take. Don’t rush to eat cooked. 

Then onwards you have to maintain as below. 

To avoid this in future, avoid all diary meat. Veg juices and greens till 12, fruits only next, followed by vegetable and greens  , night 30% grains and 70% veggies steamed as a lifestyle.  No packaged ready to eat junk, eat a whole food plant based diet. No refined oils. No white sugar or brown or any fancy sugars. Just dates or moderate amount of jaggery occasionally. Avoid any form of processed sweetened foods

Also remember that if you are emotionally disturbed in any way, remove that. Practice gratitude and forgiveness. It’s best for your body. Show love to your body while it heals. Trust that this will work.

Tomatoes despite being acidic in nature help in balancing out acidity easily.

Make sure you have tomatoes with black pepper before your dinner. This will soothe your acidity.

Start taking lemon shots . Try having vegetables and fruits  . You can have salads , raw vegetables or steam cooked vegetables .

Hi Tina, 

Acidity is due to formation of acid in your body. Acid formation can be due to several reasons like sedentary lifestyle, more of acidic food in your diet and more of fried and heavy food. 

To get relief from acidity, Suggesting few guidelines that you can easily follow. 

1. Start your day with a glass of sauf water ( soak 1 tsp sauf in a glass of water overnight, have it empty stomach next morning) 

2. Avoid having Tea or coffee empty stomach and too much Tea and coffee throughout the day. 

3. Include more of alkaline food in your diet 

4. Avoid fried, heavy and spicy food. 

5. Include more of Alkaline food in your diet like coconut water, vegetable Juice , lauki, tinda, tori, pumpkin, lemon water and vegetable soup. 

6. Chew Sauf slowly after every meal( 1 tsp after every meal ).  

7. Try this decotition - 1 tsp each ( Sauf+ Ajwain+ Jeera + dhaniya seeds ) in 2 cups of water. Boil it on low flame and reduce it to 1 cup. Add a pinch of asafoetida( hing and black salt ) . Drink this after lunch and dinner for a week. You will definitely feel better.

Hi there, 

Acidity is a common stomach problem which can be rectified with minor lifestyle modification and change in food habits. Here are some of the advice you may follow ;

• Chew your food properly before swallowing, it'll make the food particles easier for absorption without adding burden to the guts.

• Eat-in smaller quantity. Overeating or heavy meals can trigger acidity. One way to maintain the balance is to eat only when you're hungry. 

• Follow regular eating time. Maintaining a long gap between each meal can let to excess gastric acid secretion triggering acidity.

• Chewing a slice of ginger or drinking a ginger juice or tea for several times a day can help neutralise the acidity.

• Add a few fennel seeds in water and boil them. Drink it for two times a day. You may also chew them.

• Pineapple juice is highly recommended for acidity due to the bromelain present in it which helps in controlling the acid.

• Add dietary fibres in your plate, consume more fruits and vegetables 

• Avoid spicy, oily junk foods, carbonated drinks or sodas, caffeinated drinks, smoking and drinking alcohol.

 • Utilise 45 minutes to an hour a day for physical fitness. This will help maintain your body structure, improve metabolism and reduce stress.

भोजन में अधिकतर अम्लीय पदार्थ जैसे- चाय, चावल ,चीनी ,अचार, मिठाईयां, मांस, दिन में कई बार अधिक मात्रा में भोजन की वजह से भोजन का पाचन ,अवशोषण व उनका निष्कासन सही रूप से नहीं हो पाता ,रक्त अम्लीय होने लगता है।

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू व शहद का सेवन करें ,इससे आंतों की दीवारें फैलती हैं ,दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः मौसंबी, पालक, लौकी या खीरा के जूस का सेवन करें ,अम्लता में कमी लाते हैं।
  • भोजन- 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर कर सेवन करें इससे भोजन का अच्छे से पाचन होता है ,रक्त की क्षारीयता संतुलित रहती है ।
  • जल का सेवन -जब प्यास लगे बैठकर धीरे-धीरे मिट्टी के बर्तन या तांबे के बर्तन में रखे हुए जल का सेवन करें ।
  • उपवास- (सप्ताह में 1 दिन) शरीर में स्थित दूषित पदार्थों को बाहर निकालते हैं, पाचन अंगों को आराम मिलता है।
  • राख यां बालू में भुने हुए आलू खाएं इसकी प्रकृति क्षारीय होती है,अम्लता को कम करती है।
  • खुलकर हंसे, प्रसन्न चित्त रहें।
  • निषेध- जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, दूध से बनी वस्तुएं, मैदे से बनी वस्तुएं ,गेहूं की बनी हुई वस्तुएं, रात्रि जागरण, देर रात तक मोबाइल ,टेलीविजन ,कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।

कारण - ख़राब हाज़मा और शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में  प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है।

समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। 

जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
