Due to eating chillies stomach is burning n feeling nauseating. Pl adv what to do.

Namaste 🙏

Majority foody persons love Chillis and Spicy Food. Extreme cases starts facing Burning in Stomach. 

Nature is giving us varieties of Spices , from that few can be taken on Daily basis.

 First of all I would like to give few options of Chillies.🙂👍

✔️Black Pepper in Subji , Salad , Soups
 
✔️ Ajwain in Subji , water based Herbal Teas , Mukhwas

✔️ Ginger in Dal , Soup , Sprouts saute 

✔️ Pudina in Chutney and Jaljira Appetiser

✔️ Cloves in water based Herbal Teas , Currys and Pulavs.

Also you can prepare some Garam Masala without chillies by adding few things like Zira , Dhana , Cinamon , Tamalpatra , Clove and Pepper.

These spices and masalas will automatically give you Aroma , Taste and Satisfaction of Food. 

Now let us stop some unwanted habits and start Healthy Routines.

❌ Drinking Water with Meals

❌ Speedy eating 

❌ Late Night Dinner

❌ Fried and Junk Food

❌ Overeating of Spicy Food


✔️ To add Fruits in Full Day schedule 2 to 3 times...like Pomogranate , Orange , Apple , Coconut Water , Grapes ...Seasonal Fruits

✔️ To enhance Taste in Food ...Add other chillies given in the above list.⬆️

✔️ Take selective food during parties and Celibrations like Fruits , Salads and Slightly Steamed Starters.

✔️ Drink Sharbat of Lemon , Sindhav Salt and Jaggery at 11 am or 4 pm.

✔️ Start some Yoga and Naturopathy Course or join Listen Relaxing Music.

Apply Mitti mixed with Rose water...on Stomach , once a Week , for 20 Minutes.

Burning sensation is a way the body indicates that its acid-alkaline balance is skewed towards being more acidic. Our bodies need to an alkaline environment. These days it is common to find people with high acidity and hence the associated symptoms owing to various reasons - eating too much packaged and processed foods, lack of sleep, lack of movement, stress amongst others.

I believe each body is different and responds to different factors differently. In your case, while you have identified chillies as a trigger, I would suggest to look for other factors and try to eliminate the ones that may be causing your body to become acidic. Try including more of raw, natural foods into your diet. I read some articles on Wellcure website itself and they were very informative. You may want to give it a read to understand how to change your eating pattern.

Dear health aspirant, the answer to your question lies in your question itself  that any food stuffs causing  so much of  burning in your stomach what it can cause to your skin is a million dollar question  try applying red  chillies at the back of your hand or to any other part of the body  there will be much more  burning, quite unbearable, so  dear ponder over it, if it can cause so much burning on your skin which wheathers lots of  rough whether  ,soaps, oils etc. Then how much damage the  chllies can cause  .Burning is a  life 's'caution that  please  spare me this trauma, 
   Let me quote the old  saying in nature cure parlance "let food be your medicine and medicine be your food ",that means if you could partake of chillies then only it could be your food 
   Please  ,for  your health sake  cut down totally  chillies and all  other spices and condiments

Spicy foods does create burning sensation. You could have a spoonful of coconut oil to ease the sensation. For some time do not intake any food. Nausea is an indication to have some digestive rest. If you get hungry eat bananas.

You could take a concoction of lemon plus an equal amount of water. Annar and Mausmi will also help. A small piece of jaggery after food is also effective to reduce burning sensations.

I had stopped to add red dry chilly or powder in spices long back 20 years .
Only green chillies that also very minimum.
  So  I'm Free of any such problem at all.

हेलो,

कारण - मिर्च से जलन और जी मितलाना इसलिए हो रहा क्योंकि आपका पाचनतंत्र का स्वास्थ बिगड़ गया है। अधिक अम्ल ऐसिड बनने से पेट में जलन हो रहा है।

समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस लें ख़ाली पेट लें।

कच्ची भिंडी, बथुआ, पानी में भिगोए हुए अलसी (flaxseed) सलाद में मिला कर बिना नमक के खाएँ।

पेट पर गिली पट्टी रखें। खीरे का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट तक रख साफ़ कर लें। ताड़ासन, कटिचक्रआसन, तिर्यकताड़ासन, पवनमुक्तासन करें।

आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और  एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

  • Avoid eating chilles. 
  • Have lot of fruits and raw Vegetables which may neutralize acidity. 
  • Avoid tea/coffee/spicy foods. 
  • Have a wet cloth placed on your abdomen for 20 minutes daily in empty stomach
  • Consider taking a cold hip bath daily. 
  • Mud application on the abdomen daily/mud bath will help you.

नमस्ते,

  जो लोग कम मात्रा मिर्चा खाते हैं ,उनको कभी-कभी भोजन में अधिक मिर्चा की वजह से पेट में जलन होने लगती है ।

 

  • प्रतिदिन भोजन के पश्चात मुंह में गुड़ लेकर चूसे जलन में आराम मिलेगा।

 

  •  दिन में तीन चार बार केला खाए।
  • एक गिलास उबलते हुए पानी में एक चम्मच सौंफ डाल दें प्रातः काल उसे छानकर उसमें एक चम्मच शहद मिलाकर सेवन करें।
