Hi, am looking for a way to remove diabetes of my father. Is there any way?

शुगर के लक्षण और  घरेलू इलाज

 

 शुगर बढ़ने के लक्षण क्या है ?

 

➡️जल्दी थकान होना

➡️वजन कम होना

➡️जादा प्यास लगना

➡️बार बार पेशाब आना

➡️घाव और चोट धीरे धीरे ठीक होना

 

🎆 शुगर का इलाज के घरेलु उपाय 🎆

 

✔️2 से 3 करेले लें और इसके बीज अलग कर के करेले का रस निकाल ले, अब इसमें थोड़ा पानी डाल कर सुबह खाली पेट में पिए। इसके इलावा अपने भोजन में भी करेला का बना हुआ आहार शामिल करे।

 

✔️2 से 3 आंवले ले कर उसके बीज निकाल कर आंवले को पीस ले और एक पेस्ट बना ले। अब एक साफ़ कपड़े में ये पेस्ट डाल कर इसका रस निचोड़ ले और इसमें 1 कप पानी मिला कर रोजाना खाली पेट पिए। आप 1 कप करेले के जूस में भी आंवले के रस के 1 से 2 चम्मच मिला कर पी सकते है।

 

✔️ एलोवेरा के पत्तों को रात भर 1 गिलास पानी मे भिगने के लिए रख दे और सुबह खाली पेट ये पानी पिए। एलोवेरा के पत्तों को छील कर रस को भी पी सकते है और इसकी सब्जी बना कर भी खा सकते है। एलोवेरा के सेवन से कुछ दिनों में ही sugar control में आने लगेगी।

 

✔️रात भर पानी में 2 चम्मच मेथी के दाने भिगोए और सुबह खाली पेट बीजों को चबा चबा कर खाये और पानी पिए।

 

✔️1 कप हलके गर्म पानी 1 चम्मच दालचीनी पाउडर डाल कर हर रोज पिए या फिर 1  कप पानी में 2 से 4  दालचीनी की लकड़ी डाल कर उबाल ले और ठंडा होने के लिए छोड़ दे फिर पिये ।

 

,✔️भोजन करते समय हल्का फुल्का संगीत सुने ।

 

 

❌ बाहर का खाना , तला हुआ , तेज तीखा और मीठा खाना पुर्ण रुपसे बंध करे ।

 

❌ भुखे न रहे और अति मात्रा में भोजन एक साथ बिल्कुल न करे ।

 

❌ बैठकर आलस करने वाली दिनचर्या पसंद न करे ।

 

❌ अधिक सोच सोचकर दुःखी न हो , ✔️अपनी प्रवृति में ध्यान लगाएं ।

  • Powerful natural remedies to eradicate diabetes can be by the consumption of Bitter gourd (Karela), Fenugreek is a common herb to contril diabetes, fresh mango leaves can turn out to be a powerful tool to control Diabetes, Indian gooseberry or amla is considered beneficial too,drumsticks  moringa leaves ,and good exposure to sunlight and good consumption of water.
  • Aloe vera , cinnamon and Bitter lemon have been used from ages.
  • Ginger can also be used either by adding in dishes or brewing.
  • Proper exercise regimes should be made too.

Yes we can cure and prevent the diabetes complications with proper diabetes diet, abdominal exercise and also with the help of stress management techniques.

Proper diet and lifestyle decisions help in balancing your blood sugar. It also prevents or decrease the risk of complications.

If we change our lifestyle by early wake-up, and early to bed.

Start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. Build up to a brisk walk of 30-40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening.

Practice syuranamaskara for 5min.

Avoid having stress, eat seasonal fruits and vegetables, cut down rice and consume millets, ragi, bajra, semi boiled fresh vegetables will help to overcome maintain or lower
the blood sugar on its own.

There are many natural remedies which will help in our daily diet like?

Remove the skin and seeds of 4-5 bitter gourds
Crush them to a make a paste
Press this paste on a sieve an extract the juice
Drink this juice on an empty stomach every morning

Eat 8-10 blackberries daily

Dry the leaves of mango tree and grind to a powder. Mix 1 teaspoon dry powder in a glass of water and drink it daily to reduce high blood sugar levels.

Note:

Avoid sweet, sour, and salty foods, refined oil.

  • Light exercise is very beneficial for diabetic patient as the muscles of body directly use the glucose in blood. Make a habit of regular morning and evening walk. 
  • Jamun is good option as fruit in diabetes. 
  • According to NIN Hyderabad fenugreek (methi) not only control diabetes but also reduces cholesterol and clinical symptoms like frequent urination.

Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder and can be corrected in a natural way at any age. In diabetes, our body is not able to break the sugar or use the sugar in a proper way. But, by making some changes in lifestyle and habits, it can be cured naturally. 

 Reasons for diabetes 

  • Sedentary lifestyle 
  • Family history 
  • Wrong eating habits. 
  • Hormonal imbalance 
  • Obesity

Diet-

  • Have only plant-based natural foods. 
  • Include sprouts, salads, beans, nuts, dry fruits in your diet. 
  • Have coconut water and fresh homemade fruit juices. 
  • Avoid dairy foods and also avoid animal products. 
  • Cook oil-free or use cold-pressed oil. 
  • Avoid tea and coffee. 
  • Include whole grains like barley, millets, oats in your diet. 
  • Avoid sugars, chocolates, carbonated drinks. 

Physical activity 

Doing some physical activity is very important to cure diabetes. 

  • Walk around 2,500 steps in the morning and the same in the evening. According to WHO, we should walk 8000 steps daily. Daily work may contribute to around 3000 steps and to complete them to 8000, walk 2,500 steps in the morning and evening. 
  • Perform yoga specially bhujanga asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana. 
  • Perform pranayam like kapalbhati, anulom-vilom. 

Sleep

Sleep always plays a vital role in the overall health of the body and mind.

Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. 

Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am

. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep.

कारण - शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत खान पान के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है।

समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो।  वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

  1. For management of diabetes fasting on either veg juices or water till 12 o’clock , you can start your morning with a big glass of green juice or cucumber juice, 
  2. followed by fruit bowl( big enough for lunch)  
  3. followed by vegetables and greens 
  4. followed by dinner made up of only millets and vegetables which are cooked without any oils and is free of gluten from wheat maida or barley or oats 
  5. Absolutely removing all kinds of facts in the form of oils or any animal products such as dairy meat eggs fish is absolutely necessary for diabetes
  6. Moderate exercise is in the form of yoga and Pranayam is absolutely necessary
  7. Sweets must be only in the form of fruits, dates, raisins and figs. Jaggery which is organic can be consumed only after diabetes reverses , when the blood sugar levels are stabilised
  8. Monitor the sugar levels freq and continue to reduce the meds. 
  9. Fruits are critical for reversing diabetes unlike what doctors say. The more fruits the faster you heal
