Hi Ian Sidhu,

Thanks for sharing your query with us! We would like you to look at your condition from Nature Cure perspective. Nature Cure identifies the root cause of most diseases as TOXAEMIA - accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. If not eliminated, the toxins get build up and cause diseases.

Why do glucose levels become abnormally high? All that we eat is converted into glucose. This sugar ideally is used up by the trillions of cells in the body. However, if the cells are already loaded with toxins they cannot take in glucose. Hence excess glucose in the blood, which is diagnosed as diabetes.

Here are some diet & lifestyle changes that you can adopt:

Diet: Include fibrous foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and avoid processed foods, refined sugars, and carbohydrates.

Excercise: Exercise helps our body in absorbing the blood sugars helping in lowering the blood sugar levels. This way your body is able to manage its glucose levels.

Eliminate: See to it that you have regular bowel movements. The quantity of matter eliminated should always be more than that which you have consumed.

Sleep & Rest: Sleep at least for 7 to 9 hours. Go to bed early, maximum by 10 pm. Wake up early. Rest during the day too, whenever you feel tired and stressed.
