Only solution to fever is REST, REST AND REST.

Rest at all three levels.... mental, physical and physiological. A fever is the body's mechanism of removing toxins from the body. Dont fear it just support it and let it complete its action peacefully.

Mental rest means no worries, no stress no responsibility. Physical rest is sleeping and giving your body all the time to work on itself. Physiological rest means no work for the digestive system too. No cooked food or any other eatable. The mouth is usually bitter during fever. its the body telling us that ir does not want to digest or prrocess anything. Sip only water whenever you feel like. And if you feel oo hungry and cant stay without eating then consume only any seasonal juicy and ripe citrus fruit.

Follow these three types of rest and you will recover soon.

My personal experience when I had very high fever- very next day I had no fever. Just some tiredness.
I did not eat for more than 24 hours. Slept all day and all night.
It was as if I never had fever. Just a bit of tiredness.
This was my first time ever to try this method.
Second day evening, though my body never asked, I thought to myself - I should eat a bit so that I could do chores around at home (wrong decision) and I could experience the recovery speed go down south immediately. Fever was not there anymore but that fatigue stayed for couple more days.

Punch Tulsi one to two drps in both ears and stop with buds.
Five to ten drops of Panch Tulsi in 50ml Luke warms water twice a day will surely stop fever attack.
Remember temperature building mechanism is in ear with virus control. Whereas body thermostat is considered both intestines. 
Control both control temperature.

Rest and lots of rest. 
Proper sleep 
Healthy boiled diet 
Green vegetables and seasonal fruits without any salt or masala. 
Don't sit in ac rooms until u get well. 
Drink fluids as much as possible, like water and soups. 
That would be enough, you will be okay within three to four days.

Why do we fear fever? It is a common symptom for almost all acute diseases. We have only discovered medicines to control it but do you wonder why we have no vaccination or surgery or any magical remedy to cure it?

Only one reason it is not a disease it is BODY"S HEALING MECHANISM.

How do you purify water? By heating and boiling it right. That's why the body raises the temperature to clean toxins out of your body.

By suppressing fever we only harm our body in the long term. Most of the times fever automatically subsides in 3-4 days unless you have a major condition which may require guidance from a health medical practitioner.

You need to do only one thing REST-Physical; Digestive and Mental

Physical rest: Lie down and rest as much as possible to help the body to do its healing work

Digestive rest Have lots of natural foods like fruits and salads. natural drinks like coconut water. Avoid cooked food. You can have some soup but only if you feel hungry.

Mental rest: Minimise media, mobile usage

Mr  Kumar,,please  understand  that in  pure basic  nature  there  are no  short  cuts  to  avail, no  quick  reliefs. There is a pregnant  saying by the  world 's foremost  nature  curist "that  once you interfere with the order of  nature, there's no knowing  where it  will  end  up"
     In  nature  cure  fever is  welcomed  as a tool  out  there  to  cleanse the  system of  filthy, foul, toxins, encumbrance, and  leave the  organism in a state  of  health  and not  ill  health, Let  it run  its  course, during this period  fast or  approach to  fast  by  drinking  tender coconut water, apply a  wet  pack over  abdomen for 20 minutes, if  fever is  upwards of  102 cold  sponging  is  recommended  ,enemas  to be taken  if  constipated. Simple fevers get converted into more complicated and virulent types of fever such as typhoid, Dengue, Swine flu, Pneumonia etc.
If the fever persists for more then five days then consult highly skilled Naturopath.

Fever doesn't need any remedy. Fever indicates the body is hard at work, it raises the temperature to accomplish some task. We should let the body do its job & not try to control fever. 

Last Saturday my 3.5-year-old son got a fever. It was there for a day or two. He ate only when he was hungry. I tried to give him more of fruits & coconut water, though he has his own food choices so he was eating the regular cooked food also. But I made sure that he didn't go to school & I was around to give him lots of love & comfort. He rested & slept a lot.  The fever went off & was followed by cough, cold, watery eyes. I understand this is all a part of the elimination of accumulated toxins. We followed the same measures as during fever & today he's feeling much better. He's bouncing around his energetic self & I'm thinking I better send him to school tomorrow ;-).

Hi

Take two table spoon of Fennel Seeds ( सौफ ) and a pinch of Alumen ( फिटकरी )

Boil seeds in a glass of water,

Crush alumen and roast on hot plate

When the water is about to boil then add alumen and drink 

It is very effective in high fever

Take rest

The best way is to do the following if fever is of acute condition with no other complications

1) Try to do some fruit juice fasting and also drink lots of water.

2) Give sponge bathing. Take a turkey gloves and wear them and dip your gloved hands in water and start rubbing the body for 20-25 minutes which could bring down the temperature

3) You may also place a wet compress over the forehead for 30 minutes which could be beneficial as well.

4) Avail maximum rest during the stage of high temperature

Hello,

The quick remedy for fever is 'Cold Towel' Therapy. Take a Cotton towel and dip it into ice cold water and wrap it around the body section. You can use cold water strips on forehead as usually we do. Also taking a cup of Turmeric and Basil tea can help with fever, especially if it's a viral fever. 

Add a pinch of turmeric, and handful of crushed basil ( tulsi leaves) in the boiling water, and you can drink that ..

To the turmeric tulsi mixture add 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper,because black pepper increases the bioavailability of curcuminoids in turmeric.

नमस्ते

निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है। शरीर का यह आत्म ज्ञान है की कोई भी विषाणु जो की शरीर को नुक़सान पहुँचा रहा है उसको शरीर का तापमान बढ़ा कर नष्ट किया जा सकता है। कीटाणुओं को नष्ट करने के इस प्रक्रिया में हमें शरीर को धन्यवाद देते हुए उसका सहयोगी बनना है अवरोध नहीं पैदा करना है।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें। पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम करें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

एक या दो दिन केवल तरल आहार लें। जैसे की पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते और बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। नारियल पानी, पेठे का जूस लें। खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

बुखार ठीक होने के बाद इस तरीक़े से अपना दैनिक आहार रखें।

सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर  पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते+पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़े नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें। 

तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
