As I also have sensitive teeth ,and believe me I tried everything but nothing helped effectively. But you can still take some steps such as: Try avoiding excess hot and cold beverages for some days. I switched to sensodyne but my sensitivity worsened more so don't use sensodyne on a regular basis ,you can use that toothpaste once a week. Use vicco toothpaste,it is natural ,I tried and it did wonders after few months. Make sure you maintain appropriate amount of calcium in your diet by adding more minerals enriched food. You can also brush your teeth with a pinch of salt and mustard oil with your fingers once a week. Hope this helps for you . Stay healthy.

Hello. My father has pain in legs and doctor has said it's a pain of sciatica. You have not mentioned much details about the pain like type of pain whether pricking or dull etc and not mentioned about since how long the pain is present. As per your complaint just application of wet cloth or a mud pack on empty stomach for 20 minutes daily should give you some relief. Oil bath once in a week also would help you. Have lot of fruits/vegetables in real form would help you. Avoid milk/tea/coffee and spicy foods.

Hi there, Cervical spondylosis is nothing but wear and tear of the spinal discs which is very common and worsens as the age progress. It is also referred to as degenerative arthritis of the spine and is common with every individual but only some people experience pain and associated symptoms on the back and neck. It can lead to disc herniation or prolapse which can further cause radiating pain, tingling sensation and other symptoms of nerve damage. • Degenerative disc diseases comes naturally as the age progress mostly due to wear and tear of the tissues and cells. However with a healthy diet and improving the daily lifestyle habits one can prevent it from worsening or aggravating. • Prolonged sitting and working on your PC or mobile phones can cause slip disc. Make sure that you get up and stretch periodically. Maintain correct posture while using your gadgets so that you may not worsen the condition. • Avoid lifting heavyweight. Bend your knees more often when lifting things rather than using your waist. • Avoid overstraining of your back muscles, neck muscles and spinal cord. This can happen when you sit, stand or sleep for a prolonged period in an abnormal posture. Make sure that you're following proper postural habits. Keep on stretching after some interval of time. • Maintaining normal body weight is very important to avoid or prevent the herniated disc from aggravating. Overweight or obesity is one of the major factors for spinal disc prolapse. Follow proper eating hygiene habits such as following regular timing, eating healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts and keeping yourself well hydrated. • The best way to prevent degenerative disc disease from worsening is to stretch and strengthen your backbones and muscles of the neck and back with regular exercises. Regular physical activities or exercise can also help reduce your weight by increasing your body metabolic activities and burning down more calories. • place a hot fomentation bag or hot pad on your back to relieve the muscle spasm which can cause pain. • Take massage once or twice a week, this will help relieve pain.
