Hi there , For your thyroid youu should go for diet with low iodine content , add more cruciferous vegetables like broccoli , cauliflower , cabbages , mustards etc ..; and food which has more dietary fiber to aid your constipation . Avoid salty , oily and other junk foods .
I have pcos from last 4 years.. I never took medicine but maintained my health. But my body has a lot of dark coarse hair now.... Much more than before.. I have dark hair on my breasts also.. Not only near nipples but on the whole area.. Also havnt got my periods from last 3 months.. And i have thick hair all over my body.. Please help.. I want to heal.

Dear Kalyani, they are all caused due to toxemia. Toxic accumulation over a period of many years. One would have led to another. When undigested matter accumulates, we have all unwanted virus and bacteria coming to feast on it - scavenger variety. They also release their own poop and pee which cause harm to the body. They also infect many organs. The defence system of your body will continue to weaken because of the toxins and improper functioning of your own cleaning organs. Hence the issue. We suggest you go on a whole food plant-based diet also a lifestyle forever and include a lot of raw natural fresh life-giving foods like fruits veggies greens nuts and seeds. Don’t consume anything that is partial like oils which have been stripped off the fibre. So start your day with a big glass of cucumber juice, followed by some yoga / pranayama ( go to a class and start this), come back and have a green juice made with green leaves and another watery vegetable like ashgourd, next for lunch big bowl of seasonal fruits available around your place. Start taking enema daily after your morning potty to clear old junk. If you avoid this step, despite the good diet, you will feel bloated /gassy/constipated because the old junk will be hard to come out and they putrefy the new food you send into your gut. The old junk needs to be cleared gradually. Have a big bowl of salads in ur next hunger. You can have a serving of vegetable juice also along with it. Snack only if hungry on some dates and coconut. Don’t overdo on the healthy fats also. For dinner have some fruits for 10-15 days and then start off with millets and veggies that are 30-70 ratio cooked without any oil. Maintain this lifestyle. You will be hungry more often initially, that’s expected. You will also fall Sick with u expected elimination like cold cough fever loose motions pains headaches etc. Don’t take any meds, rest and stay more on liquids and juices. That phase will pass. Adenomyosis is a condition where the uterine lining also encroaches the muscles of the uterus and hence this extra growth leads to all the symptoms that are being experienced. We have not got a similar case here, but in nature cure the cause for all the issues is a toxin body where it accumulates the toxins that does not see a channel for release. The condition when Adenomyosis happens is also due to the cause that there is a high estrogen build up in the body. There is more than what the organs have naturally produced for you as a female. When there is an extra Harmone, this build us in the liver and clogs it. Overtime when liver cannot take the brunt of things, it channels it to the uterus. Hi. First & foremost, forget about the miscarriage. Mother Nature knows it best and she did what was right for the baby's health. Take out the fear from your mind & enjoy the beautiful journey of this pregnancy. Eat Natural Foods, eat as per the circadian rythm, eat the right combinations. You can read all these blogs to know more. Overall, have lots of fruits first thing in the morning. Eat lots of veggies, raw or lightly steamed in your lunch & dinner. Have vegetable juices twice a day, coconut water twice a day, soaked raisins every morning, soaked almonds every night. Avoid tea & packaged products like biscuits, bread, namkeens, etc. Reduce white sugar as much as you can. Oil - as little as possible, cold pressed is better. Milk & milk products, nonveg - avoid. Pcos is a result of the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is corrected and back to track, the body gets back to normal too. Whether it was emotional stress or physical stress and wrong food choices, sedentary lifestyle, they all help each other mess the body’s normal functioning. I believe that people who are disciplined can reverse it in 3-4 months. But this is a lifestyle and not a diet. Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 250 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice Followed by - Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 - answer hunger calls A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone A bowl of salad which includes coconut / flax or sesame in any form More hunger - tender coconut water or coconut pieces with some dates or seed balls with dates 2-3 Dinner 2 hrs before sleep Gluten free unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggiesPlease take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call .
