Oil Free Vegetables Cutlet
Doing the veggie cutlet without oil may seem impossible. But cooking the food in simple ways such as steaming, and grilling actually retains the flavour along with the enzymes and nutrition of the food If you do not have an oven, worry not, you could use some cold pressed oil and lightly cook the cutlets on the usual tawa. This may not turn out exactly like the tikki waale bhaiyya does, but in our view keeps the taste intact. Combine it with your green chutney and imli chutney and you won't miss the oil fried version!

Creamy Broccoli Soup
B for blissful health…B for broccoli !! Try this broccoli soup & be in bliss. Easy to do, the cashew lends it a milky flavor. So kids are happy to eat it too! Just do not tell them it's Broccoli. This is a winter soup, best done when Broccoli is abundantly available.

HEALTHY, GRATED Carrot salad with peanut
Carrots are easly available in winters. Make a good use of these yummy and juicy carrots. We should always consume salad before cooked food. They release digestive juices to digest the cooked food very well. Peanut and mustard in this give a nice crunchy taste.

Oil free Aloo Matar
Here is another daily recipe - done in a healthful manner. Dairy should not be combined with other food groups (if you are consuming it, have it alone). Instead of dairy we have used cashew nuts - a whole food which provides natural oils to us. We have also done this recipe oil free, as refined oil just adds to our digestive overload.
